I backed into my wife's 09 Santa Fe's rear door so had to fix it. The body work isn't perfect but the paint I got, a spray can, was perfect. When applying I thought it was darker than the original but when I took all the masking paper off the match was perfect. I clear coated it, rubbed it out with 2000 grit and compounded it, and although, it doesn't look exactly like the manufacturer's paint it is very passable. It seems to me that the manufacturer's clear coat is much better than what I used. A replacement door from the junk yard would cost about $800 and the spray can was about $28 including shipping. I think we can live with the job I did.

Had the paint and clearcoat about a month and finally got around to painting the air deflector on the roof of 2009 Hyundai, Santa Fe. This is a plastic part that faded badly and the fade could not be polished out. The original color is a deep red with a metallic glitter. The part was sanded, masked, and sprayed. I found it necessary to "load" the paint because of slight pitting on the surface of the material. The paint sprayed great and would not run when heavily applied. After three heavy coats the surface was smooth and completely covered. When the clear coat was applied, the surface became flat and the color stood out. The spray tip provided was excellent and did not clog during constant spraying.
The applied paint is slightly darker than original. I attribute this to possible fade of original paint and heavy application of the new. To see the color difference it is necessary to examine the two areas very closely.
I am very (very) satisfied with your product and will use it in the future.

Great paint. I painted part of my 1964 Ford Galaxy, red, and was concerned about matching because this vehicle has been painted before. The paint was a perfect match and blending wasn't a problem. The paint is expensive compared to others but I think its worth it. Previously I ordered a spray can for my wife's 2009 Santa Fe bumper that she had scraped. Again the match was perfect.
I will probably order some more paint in the future.
