I bought the paint to repair 3 spots, 2 of which were bare to the primer. This was how I bought the car, which looks great except for the spots. I tried the paint on the test card and was concerned at first because it appeared to be several shades too light. While I was contemplating what to do next, the paint dried and was quite a good match. I then went about doing the repair. It turned out great, the color match is perfect. Got it done for a small fraction of what a body shop would have charged. Thanks for a great product!

I needed to paint a replacement door handle for my wife's elantra and the gray matched perfectly. My only criticism is it looks more textured compared to the original color. It could have been how I painted it or the environment, or the fact that it was such a small piece that the paint didn't land or settle on the part right. Still happy with it.

I had a small part to paint and sending it out would have been too expensive. I had never purchased code specific spray paint before and thought this would be a good job for it. I was not disappointed! The spray cans have comfortable nozzles and spray very nicely. Oh, by the way, the color matched perfectly!

Had numerous scratches & paint scrapes on the car. The color match was very accurate even given that the car is 8 years old, compared to touchups bought at auto parts stores. I purchased the two ounce bottle of color & clear coat.
The only negative comment I had was that the brushes inside the bottle could have been 'sharper.' That made the touchups not as accurate as I had hoped, but given that I had so many scratches, I would recommend this product to anyone looking to touchup minor 'ding' on their car.

The color match was perfect. But, it was difficult to get the paint and clearcoat to flow from the pen. No big deal, though.

My wife ran over something and cracked the front spoiler in two places. Used some Bondo and glazing putty The color match was almost perfect. Can't tell where the damage was. I should have ordered the clear coat. Went to an auto parts store and bought a can. Thanks for a great product. Rob

The color match was perfect. The heavy matte finish though was a little difficult to deal with. Of course, I am not a professional so I guess that's the way it is supposed to be. [ATU Note: Clear coat is needed for gloss.]

Just finished painting the door on my 08 Elantra (silver metallic) The aerosol base coat matched extremely well and applied smoothly allowing me to feather into the rest of the door. The two part clear coat was new for me and spraying it took a lot of effort as it was difficult to see it lay down over the base coat. I haven't painted a car for 20 years and only used acrylic enamel so this was new. A little orange peel but melted a little with second coat and disappeared pretty well. Maybe I will wet sand and polish but looks pretty good and I'm giving the car to my 16 year old god-daughter in a couple of months and will probably have to fix more body damage in the near future(LOL)
I am VERY pleased with the products I received from AutomotiveTouchup and will use them for all my future needs. PS. People tell me I am very "fussy"
