I have a 2003 Corvette with a deep metallic color called Electron Blue. I had a few scratches on the rear bumper and got an estimate of $800 to repaint the bumper. They said they had to remove it to paint it. I tried another brand that was supposed to be good, but the color was not a match and it looked bad.
I thought I would try this before giving in to the body shop. I am really amazed at how good it turned out. This is a unique color and it matched perfectly. I am so pleased that I am back here getting paint for my Toyota.

The paint I received was almost a perfect match. When adding the clear-coat to the base color, you can't even tell where the scratch was on my door. It's nice to know that from now on, when I get a small scratch on my car, I can easily fix it without additional cost and very quickly.

Great paint. My 2003 Corvette 50th anniversary Corvettes is a
unique color. It was only used on the 50th anniversary limited
edition. Chevrolet or GMC had never used the color before
or after using it only the 50th Vette. I ordered the matching
color paint and the clear coat actually being skeptical that
the paint would be the correct and exact color. When the
paint arrived, it was the perfect color and the clear coat gave
the paint that special "POP' that I was hoping for. I'm super

The products themselves, the color and clear coat were just perfect. However, I would NOT have arrived at that perfect color had it not been for a GREAT receptionist. At first, I ordered on-line, and I made a mistake. I didn't scroll down far enough, and ordered the wrong color. Purchased a 2003 anniversary Corvette convertible and it has a few chips in the paint. I ordered your touch up paint and it is a perfect match for this special edition anniversary red edition. The areas where the chips were touched up are hardly visible to anyone. Though I did need to do several applications as the touch up paint is a bit thin from the bottle and small dabs are needed or the paint will run and drip from the applicator brush. Other than that, great color match. Thanks for the great product and quick delivery.

I am really pleased with your aerosol touch up paint. I purchased your aerosol spray paint to repair a couple of small areas on a used 2003 Chevrolet Corvette that I recently purchased. My intent was to do a temporary cosmetic repair on a couple of areas while I concentrated on first repairing some mechanical issues which were in need of immediate repair. The aerosol paint (50th anniversary red metallic) is such a perfect match that I have decided to forgo a planned complete repaint for a couple of years. This was my first attempt at doing any automotive painting and I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of blending and the near perfect color match.

I have a 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette with the Anniversary Red paint. To say the least it is a very hard paint to match. The pigment comes from Fukushima Japan and the company was destroyed by the Quake. They are just now starting to come back on line. This has forced GM and others to seek alternative pigments. What you offered is an excellent match, but I would not recommend it for the average shop jock unless it is a minor touch up.
I would suggest that Automotive Touchup sell the primer with the paint perhaps as a kit as the primer is really needed to bring out the depth of the base coat. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

I just completed a repaint of my 2003 Corvette Anniversary Red with your Touchup base coat and clear cote. I re painted the rocker panel portion in front of the rear wheel that was fraught with stone chips. Sanded with 320 then 600, cleaned with solvent, sprayed with base coat, 5 coats, then clear coat, 4 coats. The match was excellent, much better then I would have expected having painted cars back in the 70's. As usual preparation is a key to final finish and patience spraying not to much, not to close, and not to quick between coats.
