I just had a little paint that chipped by the gas tank of my car while I was trying to open it while it was stuck. Ordering from automotive touch up actually made it look brand new. The color match was perfect including all the other products that I have ordered, the primer, coating and the dab which made it precision to put on the paint. One thing I most say, the lady that help me on the phone, and sorry I did not ask her name, was extremely professional. She describe to me the products I should use without "pushing" for extra sell. Yes, this is my second or third purchase of basic necessities for scratch / nick touch up. Each order has been processed effectively without delay. the colors match of the aerosol touch up paints has been spot on.
The only critique I have had is with the shipping cost - $10+/- for ground (5 - 7 day) UPS for a small and less than 1 lb package is too high.
this said, I am a satisfied customer with your products and will return.
