I was skeptical regarding the 3-part touchup process I needed in order to blend a pearl paint on a front bumper. I followed the instructions to the T and once I got the right equation of paints: 5 coats of base, 5 coats of mid and 7 coats of clear, you cannot even tell a repair was made. I was very impressed with the way the paint lays in comparison to off the shelf enamel sprays. I will definitely continue to use these paints for my touchup needs.

I've used Automotive Touchup paint on four vehicles over the past few years, all of which are medium to dark metallic colors. The final finish has turned out great, but all of the colors ended up being slightly darker than the factory finishes. This occurred regardless of how light or wet the base coat was sprayed.

I purchased paint Scion paint code HR8 from Automotivetouchup.com, and I couldn't be happier. I purchased an aftermarket rear spoiler for my new 2013 Scion FR-S and decided to try painting it myself after being quoted over $300 from local body shops because “it is a very difficult color to match and make look factory”.
Well, I'm certainly no autobody expert, but I went ahead and painted it myself. The spray paint I got from you applied easy and evenly and cured quickly with no problems. The color match is perfect and the finish is flawless. I am buying a body kit for my car in the spring and I will paint it myself with your paint.
To any impatient and cheap do-it-yourselfers out there, this is the way to go if you want to paint something yourself and have it match your factory color.
