My first attempt at repairing paint loss on hood of Toyota. My 2008 wasn't included in the paint recall for the pearl white paint, so I wanted to try to repair myself. I would recommend any novice to paint the entire panel and do not try to blend with existing color. Make sure you have enough clear-coat. I needed 2 cans to do the job on my hood. Also, be aware of the build-up at the nozzle creating drips. This is not a problem for a fender, but surface parallel to the ground. I had to contend with drips on some coats. Just spray short times and clean nozzle often. After a polish with rubbing compound, you think it was a factory repair. Saved me $800-$1000 (estimate to paint the hood).

This was the only source I found that carried my color. I am a novice, but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars to get my 2 inch dent repaired. This is the only touch up paint that is right on the spot. I received my spray paint and the gloss spray. Applied it on my vehicle and it matched the color perfectly. The scratches on my bumper is no longer visible.

Saved about $300 bucks by painting my front and rear bumper covers myself with the aerosol spray from AutomotiveTouchup. The paint match was spot on and just ordered more to do some finish work on a subwoofer enclosure.
