I appreciate the service rep. Anita Fuchs who handled my difficult problem of trying to send my order to Hawaii. Various rules of shipment via airfreight to Hawaii made it difficult to get the products sent to me through my 3rd party shipper in CA.
Happy ending is that Anita was able to resolve all issues through checking with proper channels and confirmed authorization to send me my products via U.S.P.S. with a nominal adjustment to price. The overall experience was excellent. The shipments have always been fast and accurate. Packaging is done well. The little extra things included that were not expected make a big difference and are a real plus. Air filter, Paint Filters, Stir sticks. This shows they are really interested in you getting positive results as opposed to just selling you paint. I like the online instructional videos but would like to see them offer just a little more detail. One I would like to see is paint gun setup etc. For instance different results good and bad with particular settings. HVLP is what I am using. Also easy ways to clean up afterwards. The base coat and clear coat products are easy to use. They cover well and are not prone to producing orange peel even when gun setup not being perfect. I have some experience but it takes practice to get consistent professional results. I just practiced some on scrap pieces to get to know the paint and gun settings and was able to get great results.
